Purposes
Products
Students will practice and present a chemical reaction to their classmates. After completing a proposal, they will obtain the necessary materials, practice their reactions, develop a professional presentation, and individually present.
General Project Criteria
Challenge
Students can investigate more than one type of chemical reaction, or connect their idea to everyday life in a unique way.
Exhibition
Students will individually present their reactions. They will present their talk to their class and their reaction to the other half of the team.

Purposes
- Students explore how materials are bonded.
- Students practice lab techniques and safety.
- Students learn about various chemical reactions.
- We develop class presentation skills and listening skills.
Products
Students will practice and present a chemical reaction to their classmates. After completing a proposal, they will obtain the necessary materials, practice their reactions, develop a professional presentation, and individually present.
General Project Criteria
- Limit 2 of the same reaction per class.
- We will need share lab supplies and chemicals.
- You must practice your reaction at least 3 times before presenting.
- Grading will be based on effort, level of difficulty, and presentation (see Grading Narrative and Presentation Criteria for more information)
